With just a few simple ingredients, most of which you’ve probably already got on your pantry shelves, you can create an absolutely delicious dip which your football-loving family and friends will LOVE!
There are many versions of this recipe, most of them similar to each other, but we think ours, with the addition of our mystery ingredient*, is the best. (Our second favorite is Cooking With Anne’s Black Bean and Corn Salsa. Delicious, Anne!)
Here’s how to make our version:
1 15oz can black beans (rinsed or not – your call)
1 15oz can yellow corn (thoroughly drained)
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup chunky salsa (medium or hot)
1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon cilantro
*1 mystery ingredient, revealed below
What to do:
Mix all of the above together in a large bowl. Add the mystery ingredient and blend it in. The mystery ingredient is what makes our version of black bean dip unique – and the best!
